As a Donor Engagement Manager, Ryne’s role is to engage donors and the community in the fundraising efforts of Pillars. He works with the rest of the Community Engagement team to carry out fundraising and development goals for the organization. Ryne also serves at the primary grant-writer for Pillars. Before the merger, Ryne served as Community Engagement Manager for the Housing Partnership of the Fox Cities after starting as a case manager in 2016. Previously, he worked in human services roles with Forward Service Corporation, Integrated Community Solutions and the Wisconsin Early Autism Project. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology and human development from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Ryne actively volunteers with Empty Bowls, the Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Veterans Scramble and the Weyauwega-Fremont School District. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and softball, attending Packers games and singing at local karaoke spots.
