Client Services Director

Jennie joined the Pillars team in October 2023 as the Client Services Director. Before Pillars, Jennie worked at Goodwill Industries NCW for 23 years, where she had the opportunity to lead mission programs and build community partnerships. She is committed to non-profit work and motivated by serving the community. Jennie holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree and has completed training through the Non-Profit Leadership Initiative and Center for Exceptional Leadership.

The Client Services Director position focuses on leading client services, creating partnerships, and furthering collaboration. When asked about her favorite part of her role, Jennie said, “I love creating connections, providing support, and seeing people achieve their goals. I am devoted to collaboration and partnerships to further the mission of Pillars.” 

Outside of work, Jennie enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves traditions that include camping, community events, time outside, weekend getaways, and endless opportunities for laughter. She also loves cheering for her children as they participate in sports and school activities.

Where do you get your inspiration?

I am continuously inspired by the passion and commitment of human beings who come together to create hope and change in our community. There is power in being present while providing non-judgmental care and I see this each day in our work at Pillars.
