Stable Housing

Pillars offers affordable housing to ensure the security of affordable rent and an understanding landlord, allowing individuals and families to achieve their dreams. Supportive services are typically not required for these tenants. Rent is set at an affordable level at 30% of monthly income to ensure these households have adequate resources available to address basic needs that allow them to progress toward self-sufficiency.  

Eligibility 

• Minimum of $1,000 gross income a month 

• Maximum income cannot exceed 80% of low-income limits (we use HUD’s income limits as a guide to define low-income) 

• Each bedroom must have at least one individual. A single person cannot live in a 2 bedroom.  

Pillars does have a few Market Rate apartments that adhere to the maximum income limits.
