As the year winds down, we want to say thank you to all of you who have shown up in a huge way for our clients and tenants here at Pillars. You keep on showing up, especially now, in the month of December. 

We have 23 Giving Tree sites collecting much needed items that are given to our clients and tenants throughout the year. 

When winter needs arose for us, you responded immediately helping us purchase waterproof gloves, coats, and handwarmers to keep people safe out in the elements. 

The Pillars Express was loaded up with hundreds of gifts for children and adults at both of our shelters to make the holidays a bit warmer. 

Your generosity was also reflected in the big response to the matches already presented to us this year. 

The Roger & Lynn Van Vreede Charitable Fund within the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region came forward with a $25,000 matching challenge on Giving Tuesday and you all satisfied it in record time- just a couple of days. 

Our long-time partner, SECURA Insurance also stepped up with a $25,000 match and that also has been satisfied. You have really come together to shorten the path to home for so many of our Fox Valley neighbors. 

Now, as we head toward the end of 2025, we have a grand finale match from the J. J. Keller Foundation. They want to inspire new donors and those of you who have given before, to increase your support. Every new gift and the increase portion of gifts will be matched up to a total of $15,000 from now until year end. 

As 2025 comes to an end, more of your neighbors are searching for a place to call home. You can say yes to those neighbors in a world that so often says no and double your impact by donating today.
