Rachel leads the Stable Housing Team that provides secure, safe, quality housing to people from low-income backgrounds in the Fox Cities. Prior to the merge, Rachel served for six years as Deputy Director of the Housing Partnership of the Fox Cities. In that role, she oversaw day to day operations of the organization. After college, she lived in the Twin Cities, working in various non-profit organizations for 17 years before returning to Wisconsin.
Returning to her home state, she worked at the National Alliance on Mental Illness and the Tri-County Community Dental Clinic here in Appleton. Rachel graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s Degree in speech and hearing science.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with family and friends and volunteering as her schedule allows.
